I don't know how I missed this post (and maybe I didn't, but I can't remember), but in 2010, Jessica Strider of Sci-Fi Fan Letter posted a list of romantic SF:

Love Among the Stars, a Romantic Sci-Fi Reading List.

Recently, she added a Female Science Fiction Author Reading List, which includes a few more authors of science fiction romance.
